focuses on the way 的 way 的意思比較虛，我就不翻譯成“方法”了。后面一段沒錯是 way 的定語從句，翻譯的時候，我覺得用“。如何。”這樣的說法比較容易理解。
create ideal conditions for 直譯是“為 。 創造理想條件。”那是褒詞貶用，中文直接采用的話，不容易看出貶義來，所以改用了慣性貶用的詞語“溫床”。“溫床”不能配“創造”，所以中文翻譯就適當調整了。
