針灸:針法和灸法的合稱。針法是把毫針按一定穴位刺入患者體內,用捻、提等手法來治療疾病。灸法是把燃燒著的艾絨按一定穴位熏灼皮膚,利用熱的刺激來治療疾病。
針灸是中國古代常用的治療各種疾病的手法之一。如今人們生活中也經常用到。
是一種中國特有的治療疾病的手段。它是一種“從外治內”的治療方法。是通過經絡、腧穴的作用,以及應用一定的手法,來治療全身疾病的。在臨床上按中醫的診療方法診斷出病因,找出疾病的關鍵,辨別疾病的性質,確定病變屬于哪一經脈,哪一臟腑,辨明它是屬于表里、寒熱、虛實中那一類型,做出診斷。然后進行相應的配穴處方,進行治療。以通經脈,調氣血,使陰陽歸于相對平衡,使臟腑功能趨于調和,從而達到防治疾病的目的。針灸療法是祖國醫學遺產的一部分,也是我國特有的一種民族醫療方法。干百年來,對保衛健康,繁衍民族,有過卓越的貢獻,直到現在,仍然擔當著這個任務,為廣大群眾所信仰。

都模糊了 怎么詳細呢 呵呵 不過我還是找到了一些 不知有沒幫助 模糊針灸,就是沒有固定的處方,甚至沒有固定的穴位。
我覺得:學習針灸的真實境界就是先記處方,再忘掉處方;然后記穴位,再忘掉穴位。也就是說,你先要記住一些病使用哪些穴位,然后你要理解這些病為什么要使用這些穴位,這些穴位為什么可以治療這些病,那當然你就不必死記處方了;同樣道理,你如果都能理解為什么在這里有具有這樣特性的穴位,按照張穎清教授“生物全息率”理論,就像耳穴圖一樣,人體每一個局部都存在這樣一個人體的全息投影,人身到處都可以找到具有類似功能的穴位,也就是說,人體每一個局部都可以治療全身的疾病,你當然也可以忘掉書上的那些穴位了。

食療:中藥和食物配合,中藥為輔,食物為主的治療。
氣功:是一種運用主觀意識對人體進行自我調節的心理治療方法。
刮痧:刮痧使體內的痧毒,即體內的病理產物得以外排,從而達到治愈痧證的目的。

針灸 acupuncture Acupuncture is an alternative medicine that treats patients by insertion and manipulation of needles in the body.
