Sanya city, a tropical international tourist city that is located in the southernmost part of Hainan Island, borders on South China Sea, and adjoins Tongza in the north. The average temperature in Sanya is 25.4 centigrade. Sanya covers a total are of 1919kilometers and has a population of 372,000. It enjoys clean water, fresh air, beautiful beaches and bright sunshine and is rich in natural tropical scenery and historical sites.
However, in ancient China, Sanya was regarded as a remote place where people were afraid to go. Why? Because they thought that Sanya is the end of the world.
Nowadays, Sanya is very **mous not only because of the beautiful sightseeing, the clean air, but also because of the international wedding ceremony and the Miss World, and so on.
