制訂學習計劃 1、全面分析，正確認識自己。
準確找出自己的長處和短處，以便明確自己學習的特點、發展的方向，發現自己在學習中可以發揮的最佳才能。 2、結合實際，確定目標。
訂計劃時，不要脫離學習的實際，目標不能定得太高或過低，要依據：（1）知識、能力的實際；（2）“缺欠”的實際；（3）時間的實際；（4）教學進度的實際，確定目標，以通過自己的努力能達到為宜。 3、長計劃，短安排。
要在時間上確定學習的遠期目標、中期目標和近期目標。在內容上確定各門功課和各項學習活動的具體目標。
