等待冷凍的食物，可以從冷凍室移到冷藏室解凍，這樣可以同時釋放一些冷氣給冷藏室。
以前有一種冰袋，據說可以先放冷凍室，然后放冷藏室，大致也是這個原理。有用過，具體是否節約電，沒做過測試。
購買冰箱的時候，最好沒比較節電的，還有就是合適自己的大小。
6. 電腦
在不使用的時候就關掉。或者至少可以關掉顯示器。銀子夠的話，買一個液晶的，可以節約不少電。
