4.英語通知作文怎么寫
英語的通知7a686964616fe58685e5aeb931333335323439可分為兩類，即書面通知和口頭通知。
寫作格式及要求如下：一、通知的標志 書面通知是書面的正式公告或布告，常常是張貼在顯眼的位置，多用notice作標志。為了醒目起見，標志的每個字母可以用大寫NOTICE（但如發出通知的單位以首字母大寫形式出現在通知的標志之上，則也要首字母大寫形式Notice），并常寫在正文上方的正中位置。
標志后可以編號，也可以不編號。口頭通知用Announcement作標志，但通常省略不說。
二、出通知的單位及時間 發出通知的人或單位的名稱，一般寫在標志的上方或在正文后面的右下角；發出通知的時間要寫在正文的左下角，也可按書信格式寫正文的右上角。不過，這兩項有時可以省略。
口頭通知不說這兩項。三、通知的正文 正文要寫明所做事情的具體時間、地點、概括性內容（多為書面通知的首句）、出席對象及有關注意事項。
布置工作的通知要把工作內容和要求寫清楚。正文一般可采用文章式，為了醒目也可采用廣告式。
廣告式要求簡明扼要，一個句子可以寫成幾行，且盡量寫在中間，各行的第一個字母一般都大寫。四、通知的對象 被通知的單位或人一般用第三人稱；但如果帶有稱呼語，則用第二人稱表示被通知的對象，口頭通知就常用第二人稱表示被通知的對象。
涉及要求或注意事項時，也常用第二人稱表示被通知的對象（祈使句中常常省略）。五、通知的文體 書面通知用詞貼切，語句簡潔，具有書面化；口頭通知用詞表達要注重口語化。
