我的家鄉最著名的小吃非美味的云吞莫屬了。每當品嘗這令人垂涎三尺的美食時,我就心曠神怡。
吃云吞時要有耐心,你如果心急,想一口吃掉一個,云吞非把你燙的滿嘴是泡。吃云吞也很有講究,你既可以把皮和陷分開來吃;也可以扎破了皮再漫漫吃。喜歡吃辣的客人可以放些胡椒粉再吃。
國慶長假的一天,媽媽特意帶我去黃師傅云吞店品嘗那美味的云吞。開始吃云吞了。只見這云吞皮包肉厚,色澤誘人,各個長的鼓鼓的,讓人看了真想一口猛吃一個。這時。我先拿起胡椒瓶往云吞湯里撒胡椒粉,再挑一個最大的,小心翼翼地用筷子扎破皮,頓時一陣香氣裊裊地鉆進我的鼻孔里,我忍不住流下了口水。我先咬了一口皮,真是嚼勁十足。接著一團紅色的肉從云吞皮中頑皮地跑了出來。它似乎在調皮地看著我。這時,我再也抵擋不住肉陷的誘惑了迫不及待地咬上一口,那嫩嫩的、滑滑的感覺油然而生,讓我不忍心把那美味多汁的云吞咽下去,只想讓云吞在口中漫漫回味。我一連吃了七個,吃得我的肚皮漲得鼓鼓囊囊的。媽媽見我吃得這么香,說我是個貪吃鬼。誒,誰讓云吞這么地方好吃呢!我寧愿是貪吃鬼,也要品嘗這人間美食。回到家,云吞的香氣還溢滿在口中呢!
