一是要加強同事之間的溝通,努力提高團隊精神。在培訓學習中,我深深地體會到人與人之間的溝通、同事之間的相互學習和團隊精神是我們工作取勝的關鍵。
在我們今后的實際工作中,無論自己從事哪個行業,哪個崗位,都離不開同事之間的配合,因為一滴水只有在大海中才能生存。既然需要配合,那么就必須溝通,只有不同部門之間、同時之間相互溝通、相互配合、團結一致,才能提高工作效率,進步更快。
二是從改造自己入手,適應企業生存環境。當我們進入公司的第一天,我們就應該清楚的認識到自己已經是公司的一名員工,我們最起碼的一點就是要通過努力工作來改造自己,當然改造的不僅僅是知識結構,還有素質和道德等方面的改造,因為德才兼備才是人才。
三是從細微工作入手,積極調整個人心態。從學校到企業,環境變化非常大,所接觸的人和事物一切都是新的,我們都需要時間來適應,公司聘用了我們,在某些方面已經得到了認可,但作為公司的新員工,我們要低調,要實干,要在榮耀面前退一步、在困難面前進一步,同時應該接受并保持這樣一種心態:做事不貪大、做人不計小,因為細節決定成敗。
以上是我在這次培訓中得到的一點體會,在此非常感謝公司領導給了我們新員工的這次培訓,我會將在培訓中學到的、體會到的進行再消化和融會到今后的工作實踐中去,同時在把自己優越的方面展現給公司外,我還會時刻保持高昂的學習激情,不斷地補充知識和努力改變自己的不足,使自己成為一名適應公司發展需要的優秀員工。最后我希望各位新員工和我一起來證明一份耕耘一份收獲的道理;和我一起奮進,去感受成功后的自豪;讓我們齊心協力,為中建五局三公司更輝煌的明天而奮斗。
