（前面的自己+）總結原因如下： 1 平時沒有養成細致認真的習慣，考試的時候答題粗心大意、馬馬虎虎，導致很多題目會做卻被扣分甚至沒有做對。
2 準備不充分。**說，不打無準備之仗。
言外之意，無準備之仗很難打贏，我卻沒有按照這句至理名言行事，導致這次考試吃了虧。 3 沒有解決好興趣與課程學習的矛盾。
自己有很多興趣，作為一個人，一個完整的人，一個明白的人，當然不應該同機器一樣，讓自己的興趣被平白無故抹煞，那樣不僅悲慘而且無知，但是，如果因為自己的興趣嚴重耽擱了學習就不好了，不僅不好，有時候真的是得不償失。 失敗了怎么辦？認真反思是首先的： 第一，這次失敗的原因是什么？要認真思考，挖掘根本的原因； 第二，你接下來要干什么？確定自己的目標，不要因為失敗不甘心接著走，而是要正確地衡量自己。
看看想要什么，自己的優勢在什么地方，弱勢是什么； 第三，確定目標。明確自己想要的，制定計劃。

1.檢討自己平時的學習態度（例：不夠端正，應付而已，完事就好，作業不求質量和效率）2.反思自己的學習方法是否有誤（例：自己學習方法死板，其他同學的方法好的舉例，并保證今后會向好同學請教，遇到難題不再亂猜而是去問老師）3.那些方面的知識比較薄弱（例：這道題明明做過，考試時印象不深刻。

那么如何去激發學生的興趣？最好的辦法就是讓學生在不斷解決教師設置的問題的過程中體驗成功的快樂，從而，不斷產生“我要學”的興趣小學生的特點是好奇、好動、好勝又好表現，愛玩、愛唱、愛畫、愛游戲、又愛活動，我們必須抓住這些特點，采用靈活多樣的教學手段和方法，激發學生學習興趣。 人總是通過感官獲取知識，所以，在本節課中，我使用了卡片，頭飾圖片等，教每個新單詞時，讓學生拍著手，做著動作，學生們都很活躍，模仿的非常好，課堂氣氛也有了活力，在使用多媒體教學中，聲音、圖片、動作結合起來，更讓學生產生了濃厚的興趣，讓學生登臺表演，采用快板的形式，增加了學生的好奇心。
采用兒歌，韻句的形式，把課堂教學推上了高潮。 多給學生提供習得的機會，并非讓他們有意識地學習，而是創造一種無意識、無壓力的學習氛圍，讓學生在不知不覺中受益，在課堂上創設真實情景，讓學生在真實環境中習得語言。
俗話說，教學有法、教無定法，貴在得法。教師要善于結合實際教學需要，靈活地和有創造地使用教材，對教材的內容、編排順序、教學方法等方面進行適當的取舍或調整。
教師應該使課堂氛圍既輕松愉快，又緊張刺激，讓學生的有意注意和無意注意交替進行，吸引學生積極參與，讓課堂教學始終活而不亂。 因此，在今后的教學中，本人會在備課上下更多的功夫，讓課堂成為學生學習的樂園。
小學英語課后反思 早上最后一節是英語課，像以往一樣，我微笑著走進教室。但是卻被這群調皮的學生給氣哭了（沒有當著他們的面哭，我出了教室，找了個偏僻的地方委屈地流了幾滴淚，再回教室）。
我是這學期剛師范畢業的小學英語教師。在我的觀念里，學生是用來教育的，孩子們有自己的思想，他們能判斷是非，只要你講的有道理，做得有魄力，他們就會服你。
我覺得最無能的教師就是用兇來壓住學生，因為他沒有更好的教育辦法。作為新來的教師，我覺得自己對紀律這塊心有余力不足。
前輩們說我太隨和了，建議我變得更兇一點。 我能理解他們的好意，但是至少現在自己還不是很接受這個也許的“真理”。
但我覺得既然這么多前輩都這么說，肯定有它的道理存在。后來我嘗試著用兇得辦法管理紀律，一節課我大多都緊繃著臉，目光嚴厲，結果紀律真的很好，大家上課不在怯怯私語了，也不做別的事了。
可是我心里依舊很失落。因為這樣的做，紀律真的沒話說了，但是課堂氣氛好僵硬啊，很多學生垂頭喪氣，目光呆滯，跟讀的時候有氣無力，整節課壓根兒不見以往的生氣了。
我心里好難過。以往紀律差，但大多學生還是很開心地在學英語，那種發自內心的開心。
有一半以上的學生積極舉手，但是現在舉手的人也寥寥無幾了。我覺得這樣，不但學生們像行尸走肉一樣機械跟讀，自己也像一個軀殼一樣堅硬行動。
每個人都不開心，每個人都沒活力。 有沒有一種折中的辦法，即能管好紀律，又能始終保持活力呢？也許這些都是我的原因，領導不力。
我的反思是學生是很單純的，尤其是小學生，他們很天真，愛玩是天性，這時就很需要教師有力的領導與指引。教師如果自己很沒目標，上課上到哪里算哪里，對很多事持著無所謂的態度，學生的紀律當然不會好到哪去。
還有就是教師自身要加強自己的人格魅力。教師可以多方面拓展自己的愛好，培養廣泛的興趣。
我們不要整天像喊口號一樣，要求學生培養廣泛興趣，努力探索，積極向上，而自己卻不會去行動。這樣學生怎么有動力去做這些事。
教師凡事盡可能做到以身作則，自己始終保持精力充沛，保持一種不服輸的精神，這樣的精神最能感染學生，比一切繁瑣的說教都來的有力！這個就是所謂的人格魅力！而且我還發現現在的學生喜歡漂亮的教師，教師平時要多注意自己的穿著。漂亮的自己不但能贏得一部分學生的喜歡（有些學生喜歡你，就喜歡這門課），而且還能使自己愉悅，一舉多得，何樂而不為？ 所以自己要努力的事情還很多，希望自己每天都能進步一點，收獲一點。
繼續努力，好好干！ 經過一些事情，我發現自己是真心愛我的學生們，看到任何一個學生的失敗或傷心，自己也好難過。雖然我的學生都來自農村，但是這依舊不變他們在我心里是寶的地位！孩子們，希望你們跟老師一起加油！老師會不斷努力，盡快找到好的教學方法來更明智地引導你們。
