因此正確理解考試的目的和意義，是克服考前焦慮情緒和過重的心理壓力的有效手段。如果你把期末考試看成終點目標，它就會膨脹，變得越來越嚇人。
但如果你只把它看作人生中必然要經過的路標，一場必然到來的階段總結，那它就一點也不可怕。古人說：“壁立千仞，無欲則剛”，如果同學們能夠以平常心來看待期末考試，以從容、自信的態度面對期末考試，就一定能夠正常發揮出自己應有的水平。
其次，科學合理安排好復習計劃，以勤奮踏實的態度取得令人滿意的成績。俗話說：“凡事豫則立，不豫則廢。”
