True Nobility
In a calm sea, every man is a pilot.
But all sunshine without shade,all pleasure without pain,is not life at * the lot of happiest--it is a tangled *ements and blessings,one following another,make us sad and blessed by * death itself makes life more loving. Men come closest to their true selves in the sober moments of life,under the shadows of sorrow and loss.
In the affairs of life or of business,it is not intellect that tells so much as character,not brains so much as heart ,not genius so much as self-control,patience,and discipline,regulated by judgment.
I have always believed that the man who has begun to live more seriously within begins to live more simply * an age of extravagance and waste,I wish I could show to the world how few the real wants of humanity are.
To regret one's errors to the point of not repeating them is true * is nothing noble in being superior to some other * true nobility is in being supior to your previous self.

風平浪靜之時,人人皆能駕馭船只。
倘只見陽光不見陰霾,只見愉悅歡笑,不見悲傷淚泣,其去生活的本意也漸遠了。
人生至樂，其實如一團糾結的麻線；事有悲歡離合，因循往復，人有喜怒哀樂，周而復始，甚至死亦能讓人對生益加眷戀。
所以，人當惘然若失,悲從衷來之時,往往最接近自我。
不論人生瑣事，還是職場羈務，就其作用論，才智不及性情，大腦不如內心，稟賦不企有賴于判斷力的自制，耐心，紀律和規律；余不一一。
我深信為人內行醇謹之始，于外在則更趨簡單。
而今之世，物欲充塞，奢靡成風，我愿告之世人，內心真正需求之物，本不甚多。
錯而能改，不蹈覆轍，始為真悔；勝人一籌，高人一等，妄論高貴；真高貴者，唯在于能勝己，汲取前路得失，以期后有所成。
