一出題思路：
自我認知類試題主要從考生自我性格特點、優缺點或面對一些基本問題的看法及觀點等方面進行考查。考查的核心是考查求職者是否有一個正確的、明確的、積極的、值得信賴的目的，是否有一個健康的、向上的、成熟的、經得起考驗的良好心態，是否有一個端正的、合理的做事態度。
每個人都有三個自我：1、真正的我；2、自己眼中的我；3、別人眼中的我。三個自我是很難一致的。“知人者智，知己者明”，客觀、科學的自我認知是更加困難的。
二答題基本原則：
考生在回答此類問題時要堅持實事求是，說老實話；謙虛謹慎、自信自強、自圓其說；思想境界要高，要有寬容的心；要有層次，簡單的問題不能簡單的回答；不能只說優點不說缺點，但缺點又不能說那些致命的缺點。
三答題套路：
主要圍繞“性格健全+正直（寬容）+團隊精神+學習能力”這些基本素質，說明自己適合做一名公務員，對領導要強調尊重、服從；對同事強調尊重、協調；對人民和事業要強調熱誠服務、艱苦奮斗、勤勉敬業、甘于奉獻、學習創新……
