2、頭部保持于眼睛向前平視稍高的位置，**自然挺起，兩肩略下后一點，小腹收縮，兩臂自然垂落，全身有一種積極運動的狀態。3、兩腳一前一后稍分開，前腳著力、身體的重量要平穩，重量落在雙腳上。
正確的歌唱姿勢二：1、面部，眼神要自然生動，眉、眼、嘴是五官中的重要部位，眼睛是心靈的窗戶，因此在演唱中眼睛切記應當張大一些，不要瞇起眼，虛著唱歌。2、嘴巴是歌唱的喇叭，應當張得開，放得松，切忌緊咬牙關。
