新學期，新氣象！老師為了讓我們鍛煉身體，陶冶情操，培養我們的觀察力，在學校的田徑場上組織了一場拔河比賽。
老師把我們分為兩個隊，一個是猛虎隊，另一個是雄鷹隊。我被分到了雄鷹隊。
兩隊實力相當，互不相讓，同學們一個個英姿颯爽、昂首挺胸，一場針鋒相對的比賽即將展開了。
隨著隨著老師的哨聲，比賽開始了。雙方隊員握緊繩子，他們一個個腳蹬著地，身體向后傾，拼命向自己的方向拽繩子。繩中間的紅綢帶一會兒移向猛虎隊，一會兒又移向雄鷹隊，互不相讓。雙方啦啦隊的隊員們，也齊聲吶喊，不停地為自己隊擂鼓助威。我的手都拽紅了，可繩子還是不動一下，雙方進入僵持狀態。
此時，我方的隊員們一個個都紅了眼，有的人臉憋得通紅，有的人齜著牙、咧著嘴在叫勁，還有的人雙手緊握繩子鉚足了勁向自己方向拉。最后，我們隊使出了全力，隨著啦啦隊的喊聲，紅綢一下子移向了我方，我們雄鷹隊勝了。
后來兩局我們隊乘勝前進，連續獲勝，最終我們取得了勝利。
這次拔河比賽，使我明白了團結力量大的道理，更激勵我在走向未來的道路上，要樹立克服困難的信心，我永遠也不會忘記這次拔河比賽
