4.外出回家后清洗顏面、鼻腔、眼睛等粘有花粉的部位，更換外衣減少花粉接觸，睡前沐浴去除身體其他部位的花粉。
5.花粉季節關閉門窗、車窗，開具有過濾功能的空調，安裝防花粉的窗紗，勿將衣服晾在室外。
6.應用花粉阻斷劑，保護鼻黏膜接觸花粉（如克敏等等）。
7.保持居室空氣濕潤，應用空氣凈化器或空調過濾。
8.堅持健康的生活方式，保持樂觀開朗的情緒。
9.花粉季節結束后擇期行脫敏治療可能可以減輕來年花粉癥的癥狀。
