《宋詞三百首》是一部精簡的宋詞選 集。
編者朱孝臧（1857~1931年），一名祖 謀，字古微，號漚尹，又號疆村，浙江歸 安人。他歷任侍講學士、禮部侍郎、廣東學 政，后辭官游覽名山大川，吟詠自遣。
朱孝 臧早年以詩名，終棄詩而專攻詞，著有詞 集《疆村語業》2卷，收人《疆村遺書》。《宋詞三百首》是他纂輯的一部不朽的詞 集，共選兩宋79家詞人283首詞，而且兩宋 并重。
所選詞人不局限于名家，只要文筆出 眾，即使是無名小卒亦能人選。故而，該集 幾乎涵蓋了宋代所有著名詞作家，其中選詞 10首以上的是：吳文英25首、周邦彥22首、姜夔17首、晏幾道15首、辛棄疾12首、晏殊 11首、賀鑄11首、蘇軾10首。
作者對這些詞作家按帝王、文士、女流編排，以天然渾成 為主旨，尤為精粹。這部詞集所選詞作的難 易程度有一定梯度，便于初學者理解和提高。
