They是主格，比如They are Chinese.
介詞一般用在名詞代詞前面，表示方位，時間等，如on,in,at這些。
them（他她它們）是they的賓格，一般在介詞后 their（他它她們的）是they的形容詞性物主代詞，后面加名詞 they（他它她） 是代詞，作主語
三、介詞+which與介詞+them等怎么分別呀
介詞+which/whom 是定語從句，
介詞+them 是 普通的句子。
例如：
Last summer I happened to make friends with two American exchange students, from whom I learned much about America.
上面一個是定語從句，先行詞是students
Last summer I happened to make friends with two English students. From them I learned much about England.
這里是兩個獨立的句子，them指代前面一句話的students。
