科技的發展將我們帶入了電子化的時代，人們對電子產品的依賴也日益加重。各式的手機軟件在不斷地索取眼球，讓那些“低頭族”沉迷其中，不愿與外界交流，利用一切零碎的時間擺弄手機。
“17歲女生走路時低頭玩手機摔死”、“19歲低頭族頸椎變形”、“大學生因迷戀手機游戲丟失行李”、“乘客玩手機跌入地鐵軌道”，這一則則新聞令人震驚，因為對手機的迷戀，“低頭族”們受到不僅是經濟更有身體上的危害。 假設那些“低頭族”們多抬抬頭，那些令人哭笑不得的事故是否會有所減少？假設那些“低頭族”們多抬抬頭，那些本不該有的疾病是否會有所好轉？假設那些“低頭族”們多抬抬頭，那些冷場的聚餐是否會有所回暖？ “低頭族”們請抬起頭，重拾你迷失的美好，不要錯過身邊的精彩。
4.寫一篇勸說低頭族的作文
不要當低頭族放眼當下，手機走進社會的每個角落，在我們的生活中扮演著越來越重要的角色。
在大街上、地鐵中、商場里，隨處可見戴著耳麥，拿著手機的低頭族。他們完全沉溺在虛擬的網絡世界，對周圍的一切視而不見、充耳不聞，把自己與周圍的世界割裂開來。
我們已經習慣了手機帶來的種種便利。但是，凡事有利必有弊。
在手機大行其道的今天，我們的生活方式和價值觀念正在被不斷地侵蝕、改變。對手機的過度依賴，讓我們自身的一些功能逐漸被異化。
過分依賴手機，會讓我們的健康受損。現在一些人特別是青少年自制能力差，常常通宵達旦地玩弄手機，長期地低頭對著屏幕，戴著耳機，敲打鍵盤，不僅影響人的視力，聽力，還會造成身體免疫力的下降，思維神經的混亂。
過分依賴手機，會疏遠人與人之間的關系。長期沉溺于網絡的虛擬世界，會讓我們與現實生活脫節，眼中影響正常的人際交往。
由于習慣了過度的依賴手機，很多人不愿與人交往，造成了自閉癥，甚至有人形成一種異化人格，不愿意與現實生活中的人打交道，這對于一個人的成長和發展是極為不利的。過分依賴手機，會弱化我們的思考能力。
網絡上每天都有海量的信息，網絡世界被各種各樣的垃圾信息所充斥，因為網絡信息的即時性特點，很多人對面對大量信息時，只是抱著圍觀的心態，不加取舍的進行閱讀、瀏覽，這樣的快閱讀，不經過篩選、思考，被動接受，對人的思想和精神不僅無益，反而有害，大腦就像一個容器，當我們的大腦被各種紛雜的各種信息所填充時，就無法裝下我們自己的思想了。當低下頭的時候，我們于是就再也看不到天空的湛藍、白云的飄逸、綠樹的蔥蘢、鮮花的絢爛，我們再也感受不到生活的詩意、自然的偉大、宇宙的神秘、人文的崇高。
丟開手中的手機，讓我們不做低頭族，要做昂首挺胸的抬頭族，回歸到正常的社會生活中來，感受親情的溫暖，友情的珍貴，思考的樂趣，閱讀的快樂，做一個身心健康、精神充實、富有品味的現代人吧。
