2.跪求外貿高手:有效簡短的開發信
外貿信函屬于專業信函,不能使用普通的英語格式,必須使用專業的格式,使用專業的術語和縮寫詞。
作為新手,最好少用英語單詞和英語句子,能用一個詞說明的問題,絕對不能畫蛇添足,其結果可能會適得其反。
最好的辦法就是使用出口產品的圖片,以及技術規格,價格等,信函的長度最好不要超過一個屏幕的長度,讓對方看一眼就可以看到全部內容,以便節約對方的時間。只有簡單明了的開發信能夠收到比較好的效果。當然在網上以電子郵件來開發客戶必須采用廣種薄收的預期期望值來看待,寫100個電郵,能夠有一個答復的,就是很好的成績了,不要期望過高,期待一夜暴富是不可能實現的。
3.外貿開發信范文,最好是中英文的
開發信不宜太長,也不宜過短。某些老外的超短的開發信我覺得并不十分合適。
附一個中英文帶解釋的開發信模式:

怎么寫個好的開發信標題,毅冰的帖子中已提到過開發信標題的寫法,見解獨到:
舉個例子吧,假設我是做太陽能燈的公司DEF Co. Ltd,目前公司最大的客人是美國的Home
Depot,盡管可能是通過貿易商做的,不是直接合作,但是完全可以當作一個開發新客人的籌碼!如果我要寫一封開發信給美國的ABC
inc(名字是編的),我從google上了解了一些這個公司的信息,知道他們是美國的進口商,有做太陽能燈系列,希望能試著開發這個客人,我一般會這樣
寫主題,“Re: ABC inc/Home Depotvendor-solar light/DEF Co., Ltd.”
其中,ABC inc代表了客人的公司名,你在寫給他的主題上首先加上他公司名,表示對他們公司的尊重;Home Depot
vendor-solar light明確表示你是北美第二大零售商Home Depot的太陽能燈供應商,既表明了實力,也勾起他的興趣;最后的DEF
Co.,
Ltd.代表自己公司。這樣一來,假設你找對了人,這個正是ABC公司太陽能燈的buyer,又或者是他的某一個主管,突然某一天收到這么一個主題的郵
件,哇,homedepot的供應商找上來了,太棒了,應該看看是不是有合作機會,是不是比原有供應商更好?他打開郵件的概率會非常非常大!再說了,這個

最近我也很困惑,因為我的一個客戶說,Re: FW:
這些標記你不要隨便用,因為人們不喜歡欺騙性。如果打開以后根本這個人不認識,或者這個人準備推銷,那么郵件讀了個開頭就被會刪除。如果你和對方素不相
識,那么可能你的開發信要經過幾次轉手才能到采購的郵箱中。而這途中被刪除的可能太高。所以我現在發開發信,標題我已經開始注意盡量不用RE: FW:
開頭。
客戶給了我一個建議,比如:Exciting Update from PIS Company– Walmart Approved Supplier 我覺還不錯!
